Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

Returns:

  • You can return most items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.
  • Items must be unusedunworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return. We will then provide you with return instructions.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is damaged or defective.
  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account after it’s processed, depending on your payment provider.
  • In case the item you purchased is no longer available for a refund, we will notify you and offer an alternative solution, such as an exchange or store credit.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team. If the new item is of equal or lesser value, we will arrange the exchange and issue any necessary refunds.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or washed (unless defective).
  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards, downloadable digital products, or any items specified as non-returnable.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will offer you a full refund, replacement, or exchange at no additional cost.
  • Please provide photos of the damage or defect when contacting us to expedite the process.

How to Start a Return or Exchange:

  2. We will send you a return authorization and return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.
